Brock and Kyle's love of baseball has given them the creative edge to turn just about anything into a ball field, and to equate anything in life to a baseball game. Over the winter, they discovered that if they throw the ball up the stairs, it bounces back down and is kind of like a pitch. From there, stair baseball was born. They have "bases" determined in the kitchen and living room (which conveniently is set up so that they have a circle to run around) and they take turns batting with whatever toy that will serve the purpose (the pirate swords work perfectly:). Only soft balls are allowed (Mommy's rule:), and they can play for hours!!
