More evidence that my baseball loving boys have been at work - the stadium scene that played out in our living room several times after their summer visits to the ball park. I will confess - they had a little (okay - a lot:) of help from Daddy in the execution of this mega-block creation, but the idea was theirs, and many of the details that they wanted included showed us a lot of what they remembered from their major ballpark experience.
This is the aerial view - complete with scoreboard, playing field with players, and the dugouts in the far back corner - at the boys' insistence.
Side shot - notice the parking lot:). Must have made an impression.
Notice the stadium seating and the spectators.
Another shot of the fans in the stands:).
And, they completed the scene with many other fans all around the stadium, ready to watch the game. Love to see their imaginations at work!!
