Playing "Empire"

My baseball loving boys are pretty much on track with their knowledge of the game with one small exception - their understanding of catchers and umpires (otherwise known as empires:). They are intrigued by the face mask wearing men, and always want to have one present in their little games of baseball. They have adapted many different things into face masks, but this is the most common one - a construction hat with the inside part removed and placed over the face for the mask. I know they'll figure out all of the details soon, but until then, we'll enjoy their antics and the costumes they come up with:).
